First I would like to say that the prints are beautiful every single time however there were far too many times I had orders shipped late WITHOUT proper communication.
One order it took 12 days for the "shipping label created" email to come through and I sent an email 1st without response. I am a small business that relies on larger vendors to DWYSYD and when they don't they let down the little people. We matter just as much as the big name clients.
Proper communication can make or break your business. I hope things get better because the product is beautiful.
We had a little snafu when it came to shipping bit the prints are beautiful as always. I'll continue to outsource my printing to Inland Empire. Can't beat the price either
